We all remember the excitement of the surprises from our weekend, we are trying to protect our excited youth from discovering too much information on the Internet.
The secondary purpose and the more important reasoning is to protect the privacy of our youth. We live in a different world today and we need to protect our youth from those that do not have their best intentions at heart.
